Hi,
I am an exchange student, senior in Texas and I am looking for universities or collegies that offer full coverage of expenses. I will be possibly able to pay $4,000 per year but I would like to study at good school. I am interested in Political Science.

Although I appreciate your dilema as I studied abroad once myself, unfortunately, this forum is not one that can provide financial assistance. U.S colleges typically are not able to provide full funding. Most international students are either family funded or government sponsored. You might try to look for a school that is less expensive, such as a community college where you can get your general classes done. If you already have finished these classes then maybe you might need to transfer to a less expensive public university.

I wish you the best of luck!

$4,000 per year is a rather high sum, I know cheaper variants.
