hi all,

i have bsc in IT for a college that is not internationally recognized. And a work experience in businesss firm. Now i have a promise from someone to pay for my school fully if i can find and apply a college on my own.

now am interested in IT business studies for bsa but with some credit transfer. My question is now...would i able to find an application fee free and toefl requirement null college but can require me to take ESL courses?
