Hi, This is Ozce Kutlu
I plan to start Med school in UK in 2008 september ( I am having a gap year now) and I think it is time to think about how am I going to pay the fees. I have Turkish citisenship and unfortunately my family cannot provide for me and as you can guess I don't have that sum of money to pay either. I know that the schoolarships ( especially in UK) are pretty competitive, so I was thinking about getting a sort of loan and pay back later when I am able to do so ( when I start to work for example). Can any one advise me some source to find that sort of thing ?

Yes you can you can inquire at their Government offices. I know that if you pass their qualification exams, you will be entitled for scholarship.

Hi Ozce,

Here's a good resource to tell you which UK universities give financial aid/scholarships to international students: ... rding-aid/

Also you may want to post on the StudyUK forum, maybe you'll get some more info

good luck!
