if ur SAT are good u can get your tuition fees exempted for certain universities that sponsoring academic scholarships. However as lasily001 said some banks do provide low interest education loans.

I am studying in the Technical University of Istanbul in postgraduate level in Advanced Studies in Music and I wonder if you have any idea if there might be a possibility that an organization could fund a student at the time that he have already started his studies.
