Freelance, part-time, from home international tax research

Postby Steph Clements » Tue, 16 Dec 2014 09:50:05 -0500

We are an established international tax, business and legal information network, publishing our own content. We provide content to third parties, in similar subject areas, and this is where we require extra help.

We are responsible for researching and maintaining information on the tax systems of many countries around the world, and whilst we have extensive internal editorial expertise in the field of tax, much of the research has proved difficult to complete without language support. We now work by pairing a foreign language speaker with a tax expert to research each country. This has proved to be very effective.

Your role would involve researching whether any developments in tax rates and laws or business have occurred and to feedback any changes to us on a monthly basis using provided templates.

You would work from home on a freelance basis. You would also need a strong internet connection and Microsoft Word and Excel in order to complete this work.

Requirements -
We are seeking freelance internet researchers that meet the following requirements:

* A superior level of written English
* Native level fluency in either Swedish, Dutch, Faroese, Japanese or Indonesian
* Degree level education, or degree student
* Subject experience: ideally tax, law, economics, international politics, accountancy or similar might also be of interest.
* Advanced internet competence.

Hours -

Pay -
Good hourly rate, dependent upon your skills and experience, starting from GBP12.00 per hour.

Please send your CV/applications to

Many thanks,

Steph Clements
