Entrepreneurship and Investments in US - EB-5 Visa

Postby marktennis » Thu, 11 Sep 2014 09:18:37 -0500

Hey guys,

Not many people know a lot about EB-5 visa which is an alternative to having to deal with employment sponsorship with their H1-B or OPT/CPT in order to stay in the U.S.

The EB-5 visa is a way to get your green card and permanent residency through investment. The EB-5 investor visa program enables foreigners who make an investment in a U.S. business to obtain a green card and become lawful permanent residents, and eventual citizens, of the United States. The investment can lead to a green card for the investor to permanently live and work in the United States with their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21.

There are two types of investments: Regional Investment Centers which have recently been associated with fraud and corruption and Regular Investment Programs which are more suitable for those investors looking for transparency and more hands-on control of their investment and the project.

Regardless of where you decide to invest, it is important to find a reliable Regional Investment Center/ project that has a solid business model.

Message me if you would like to know about the opportunities that lie within the EB-5 Space and if you have any questions about EB-5 in general.
