How to get residency ?

Postby D4vsleyton » Thu, 19 Sep 2013 06:44:21 -0500

Dear Sir Chung,

I am 19 and I am an international athlete Student from France. I am a full-student in a college in San Diego City College.
This is my first time in the USA so this is my first semester as a full student (16 units).
I want to be a permanent resident for many reasons. First of all I think I just fall in love with the United States of America. Then I want to get a job here. And finally I don't want to pay "out-state" tuition which is really expensive to me. I pay over 3800$ for 16 units. I can't afford that every semester.

Sincerly, David.
