After the Boston Bombing, does the new obama's rule " Every international Student must have a valid Visa" eliminates the rule of automatic revalidation ? Automatic Revalidation the rule that expired visa student can re-enter to the U.S if they were in Canada, Mexico, and the adjacent islands.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection website has everything you will need to know about automatic revalidation.
